NO HOT WATER AGAIN!!! WHY???
It was discussed and agreed upon by everyone in the January’s HOA meeting that we will not be wasting the assoication’s money making repairs to a boiler system that is more than 40-years old that cannot be repaired. The boiler has to be replaced with a new one. With all the money we have spent on repairs to this old boiler a new one could have and should have been installed. Again, PLEASE STOP WASTING OUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS!!!
How is it that we have thousands of dollars to throw good money after bad money every other month on this old boiler system? But no money for new fences, installation of the community sign, better landscaping and heavy trash pick-up…etc. HOW? And Why???
How about this…let’s start saving some money each month in a high yield interest savings account and when we have accumulated enough funds, we install a new boiler system. How about that?
