***HEAVY TRASH REMOVAL***

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors

We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water.   Thanks Board Of Directors

Please do not place heavy trash outside your home. All heavy trash should be disposed of near the dumpsters. Heavy Trash Pickup will be the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Items can be placed next to the dumpsters starting the weekend before. Heavy trash placed outside before this time will be subject to violations and…

The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart,  it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone.  Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count.   thanks DIANA MARTINEZ
