We are still having a few small issues with the Boiler system. The parts needed to correct this are schedule for replacement next week. We may have times of intermediate hot water in the next few days. Please continue to inform us via email of any issues. Thank you to all residents who let us know when they observe a change in water temperature.

We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water. Thanks Board Of Directors

I spoke with the city and there is an outage in the area that is affecting our community. The city is working to resolve. Andrew Olson
