EXPENSE REPORT FOR MAY, JUNE 2025

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors

We are aware of an issue with the boiler. We are in contact with our specialist and are working to have this issue addressed as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as we know more. Thank You Kendyl Board Of Directors

The new landscapers are really lacking on the job. Hedges are not trimmed. Lawn debris and grass clippings is not being blown away after they mow. Sidewalks and beds are not properly trimmed and edged. And not picking up the trash before they mow is just ridiculous. Why run over the trash with the mower…

Please remove the heavy trash from around the dumpster. Terrible eyesore to the entire community. Repair the broken fence around this dumpster…ASAP!!! Please and Thank you for your attention to this message!!! Roz German

We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water.   Thanks Board Of Directors
