It is my understanding that the water is turned off in the entire complex. Please let me know if you are or are not having this issue. We are working to restore. Andrew Olson

The new landscapers are really lacking on the job. Hedges are not trimmed. Lawn debris and grass clippings is not being blown away after they mow. Sidewalks and beds are not properly trimmed and edged. And not picking up the trash before they mow is just ridiculous. Why run over the trash with the mower…

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors
