Please do not place heavy trash outside your home. All heavy trash should be disposed of near the dumpsters. Heavy Trash Pickup will be the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Items can be placed next to the dumpsters starting the weekend before. Heavy trash placed outside before this time will be subject to violations and fines billed to te homeowner.

Our plumber has done an inspection of our system and believes due to the current conditions and that the current boiler is no longer producing hot water that these two things are causing the hot water to be Luke warm. He suggest a whole new system. But breaking it down we have several options. 1….
