Our plumber has done an inspection of our system and believes due to the current conditions and that the current boiler is no longer producing hot water that these two things are causing the hot water to be Luke warm. He suggest a whole new system. But breaking it down we have several options. 1….

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors
