We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water. Thanks Board Of Directors

The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart, it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone. Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count. thanks DIANA MARTINEZ
