I spoke with the city and there is an outage in the area that is affecting our community. The city is working to resolve.

WATER INTERUPTIONS
Water will be shutoff tomorrow Feb 12, 2026 starting at 9am for 5-6 hours. the entrance to the clubhouse will be inaccessible Feb 11-12, 2026. Contractors will be onsite to repair a pipe underground in front of the clubhouse entrance. Thanks Board Of Directors
Hot Water Boiler Update
We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors

Heavy Trash
Please do not place heavy trash outside your home. All heavy trash should be disposed of near the dumpsters. Heavy Trash Pickup will be the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
