Hot Water Boiler
Our plumber has done an inspection of our system and believes due to the current conditions and that the current boiler is no longer producing hot water that these two things are causing the hot water to be Luke warm. He suggest a whole new system. But breaking it down we have several options.
1. Install a New System – $80K
2. Install a second boiler system to augment the current one – $30K
3. Install a Second Boiler and secondary holding tank – $60K
We will be getting bids from other companies as to any repairs that may be more cost effective.
There are serveral high priority items on our list of things
1. New Fence
2. Repair roofs
3. Hot water.
The order in which these are addressed will be discuss at our meeting and the community will decide.
