Heavy Trash Removal

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress

Please remove all trash around this dumpster. And repair broken fence as well. Thanks 🙂

The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart,  it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone.  Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count.   thanks

Our plumber has done an inspection of our system and believes due to the current conditions and that the current boiler is no longer producing hot water that these two things are causing the hot water to be Luke warm. He suggest a whole new system. But breaking it down we have several options. 1….
