We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board

The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart,  it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone.  Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count.   thanks DIANA MARTINEZ

Can someone please provide the paperwork that communicates the HOA responsibilities and laws for the tenants?  I would also like to know why documents are not available for tenants via the website.
