Due to unforeseen circumstances the lawncare people are unable to do the lawncare services today as promised.  We will keep you posted when the contractor is available.

JANUARY FINANCE

We are aware of a water leak in front of the club house. Updates will follow once repairs have been assessed. Thank you for your patience.    

Please note that the water will be turned off tomorrow between 9:00am – 1:00pm as repairs are being made to the hot water heater.

APRIL EXPENSES

We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water.   Thanks
