We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors

It was discussed and agreed upon by everyone in the January’s HOA meeting that we will not be wasting the assoication’s money making repairs to a boiler system that is more than 40-years old  that cannot be repaired. The boiler has to be replaced with a new one. With all the money we have spent…
