EXTERIOR PAINT/ GARAGE ENCLOSURE PAINT
It has come to our attention there has been misinformation within the community in regards to exterior paint and garage enclosure paint. House colors must fall within the Windswept Townhomes community colors. If you are unsure if the color you desire is appropriate, please reach out to the board via email.
Garage enclosures must only be painted white. All garage exterior surfaces must be painted white. This is to include the door and any exterior siding.
Please reach out to any board member if you have any further questions. Violation of these policies will lead to deed restriction violation letters, fines, and further legal action.
