Water will be shutoff tomorrow Feb 12, 2026 starting at 9am for 5-6 hours. the entrance to the clubhouse will be inaccessible Feb 11-12, 2026. Contractors will be onsite to repair a pipe underground in front of the clubhouse entrance. Thanks   Board Of Directors

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board
