Water Outage
It is my understanding that the water is turned off in the entire complex. Please let me know if you are or are not having this issue. We are working to restore.

WATER INTERUPTIONS
Water will be shutoff tomorrow Feb 12, 2026 starting at 9am for 5-6 hours. the entrance to the clubhouse will be inaccessible Feb 11-12, 2026. Contractors will be onsite to repair a pipe underground in front of the clubhouse entrance. Thanks Board Of Directors
Dumpster 6
The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart, it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone. Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count. thanks DIANA MARTINEZ
