Hot Water Boiler Update
We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors
BOILER UPDATE
Due to the age of the boiler, the lead time for parts is 2-3 weeks. Once repair parts are in hand, service will be scheduled. Updates will be provided as they are available. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thanks, Windswept Townhomes Board Of Directors
Landscapers
The new landscapers are really lacking on the job. Hedges are not trimmed. Lawn debris and grass clippings is not being blown away after they mow. Sidewalks and beds are not properly trimmed and edged. And not picking up the trash before they mow is just ridiculous. Why run over the trash with the mower…
Dumpster 6
The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart, it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone. Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count. thanks DIANA MARTINEZ
