I spoke with the city and there is an outage in the area that is affecting our community. The city is working to resolve.

Due to the age of the boiler, the lead time for parts is 2-3 weeks. Once repair parts are in hand, service will be scheduled. Updates will be provided as they are available. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thanks, Windswept Townhomes    

Please remove heavy trash all around the dumpster. There is also trash behind the dumster where the fence is falling apart. Please repair fence as well. Terrible eyesore to the entire community!!!
