The dumpster 6 fenced covering is falling apart,  it is leaning over one side, and can potentially fall on someone.  Also, there is trash behind it that you can see as you walk by. There are a few townhomes on sale near it, and first impressions count.   thanks DIANA MARTINEZ

We have had mechanical contractors who specialize in commercial plumbing to our site. They have identified resolutions for getting the boiler running correctly. We are still waiting on firm quotes and lead time for parts. We will keep everyone posted of our progress Board Of Directors

Water will be shutoff tomorrow Feb 12, 2026 starting at 9am for 5-6 hours. the entrance to the clubhouse will be inaccessible Feb 11-12, 2026. Contractors will be onsite to repair a pipe underground in front of the clubhouse entrance. Thanks   Board Of Directors

We are aware of current issues with the Boiler. We are working with our vendor to get service and repairs scheduled as soon as possible. Please be patient and know we are having to manually restart the boiler through out the day, so we have intermediate hot water.   Thanks Board Of Directors

Vandalism to the property from our nieghbors across the street is happening once again. For some strange reason they keep breaking and removing the fence boards on the property. I have caught several of them on the property and have asked them leave and if caught over here again the police will be called on…
